In a major refit of this grand 200-bedroom hotel in Surrey, CEI worked for the main contractors to ensure that the hotel's light and power systems now match the 4-star accomodation standards throughout.
CEI's installations will help the hotel to satisfy the most demanding customers in its meeting rooms, restaurants and sports and leisure facilities.
As an approved partner of Hampshire County Council and Southampton City Council, CEI installs lighting, heating and power in new-build and renovated local authority schools, offices and civic buildings.
The company is also contracted to maintain and re-qire electrical systems in large areas of council owned housing stock.
In a privately-owned new development of 60 apartments, CEI installed the complete electrical system to EcoHomes standards.
EcoHomes certification rates the envrionmental performance of a house, taking good living standards and a safe and healthy environment into account.
A number of the homes are designated for key workers in the area.
